In leading their Xavi restaurant EL JOVENT , Xavi and Rosi continue the family tradition which their parents Antonio and Rita started when opening their restaurant in 1970.
Since its opening in 1982, the EL JOVENT has developed its menu to date, offering a refined culinary range every day.
EL JOVENT is situated in the small town of Colera, part of the municipality of Alt Empordą, where tranquillity invites you to stroll along the seashore or to make a trip to the surrounding hills and afterwards settle doqn in our restaurant to enjoy a good, which we sever in a familiar atmosphere.
